Our Services
Individual therapy provides a supportive, confidential space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and lived experiences at your own pace. Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals, allowing for meaningful reflection, skill-building, and intentional progress toward healing and personal growth.
Family therapy provides a collaborative space for families to strengthen relationships, improve communication, and navigate challenges together. Eac session focuses on understanding family dynamics, roles, and patterns while supporting healthier interactions and shared problem-solving.
Couples therapy offers a supportive and neutral space for partners to strengthen communication, deepen emotional connection, and navigate challenges together. Each session is designed to help couples better understand one another’s needs, patterns, and shared goals while fostering empathy, trust, and collaboration.
Sliding scale therapy sessions are available to support clients who may benefit from reduced-fee services due to financial need. These sessions are offered for individual, couples, or family therapy and provide the same high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care as standard sessions. Clients interested in sliding scale options are encouraged to inquire during their free consultation, where fees, eligibility, and scheduling availability can be discussed in a transparent and collaborative manner.

Meet our Community Partner

This collaboration is rooted in a shared commitment to holistic care, advocacy, and community support.
Through our partnership, we aim to enhance mental health support for those impacted by epilepsy, addressing the unique emotional, relational, and psychosocial challenges that can accompany the condition. By combining clinical expertise with advocacy and education, we work together to provide resources, guidance, and compassionate care that empowers individuals and families to navigate their journeys with resilience, hope, and confidence.
Our collaboration reflects a shared vision: to ensure that no one facing epilepsy feels isolated, unsupported, or unheard. Together, we are strengthening the connection between physical health and mental wellness, making meaningful, lasting impact in the lives of the communities we serve.
